Becoming a certified breathwork facilitator starts with accredited training like Nalu Breathwork on the Gold Coast, where you complete deep healing modules, learn conscious circular breathing, and practise holding sessions. On finishing all modules you earn certification and can access insurance to run your own one-to-one, couples, and group work.
